PETALING JAYA: Berjaya Corp Bhd said its unit KUB-Berjaya Enviro Sdn Bhd has incorporated wholly-owned subsidiary, KUB-Berjaya Energy Sdn Bhd (KB-Energy), to undertake the Bukit Tagar sanitary landfill gas management business.

The setting up of KB-Energy would not affect the net assets of Berjaya Corp, it told the stock exchange.
