Make a kid's wish come true
IT's the season for sharing and cheer, and there are surely few experiences that bring more satisfaction and cheer than making an underprivileged child's wishes come true.

And, Kenny Rogers Roasters Restaurants will help you do just that with their “Wishing Trees”.
Every outlet in the country has adopted an orphanage, and the wishes of the children there are listed on “Wish Cards” that are hung on the Wishing Tree until the middle of this month. Members of the public are invited to pick a Wish Card and make that child's wish come true.
The wishes are divided into various categories - stationery, clothing, toys, treats and others - and each wish will cost no more than RM30 to fulfil.
When you have fulfilled the wish stated on the card, hand over the gift to the outlet staff and they will put it under the tree.
The gifts will be presented to the youngsters at a ceremony in the third week of December.
“We believe in the importance of sharing our good fortune with others who are less fortunate. Festivities are always a happy time for those who have families but for those who do not, it is just a painful reminder of what they are missing. We hope to bring some cheer and joy into their lives with these sorts of activities,” said Berjaya Roasters (M) Sdn Bhd general manager Lee Siew Weng..
This activity is part of the restaurant chain's KRR Community Chest campaign, through which the company does its bit to spread festive joy to the underprivileged
